I am writing on behalf  of my partner Carine Hoye and  myself the two principals of Hoye  & Huber LLC Residential  Interiors, to extol the virtues of  Stone Depot, Della Terra Showcase.

We have been  using Stone Depot, Della Terra Showcase exclusively now  for the past several years, for  all of our marble, granite and  tile needs. Be it slate for a no  nonsense sun room, whimsical  ceramic tile from Mexico for a colorful  back splash in a kitchen,  to glittering glass tile for jewel box  bathrooms, Stone Depot has  it all.

The showroom at Stone  Depot is a virtual potpourri  of the newest as well as classic  examples of stone and ceramic.  They have terrific story boards that  indicate all coordinates  available in a particular line making it  very easy to put together  an entire room in very quick time.  

Stone Depot has a very  strong relationship with their  vendors and are happy to arrange  appointments with clients to view  slabs on sight. They are  committed to superior customer service and  track and report on our  orders daily. In addition we have a very  good comfort level when  we send our clients to Stone Depot on their  own. They are  consistently kind, patient , and informative when  dealing with the  public.

Stone Depot has the most current  software to order,  track orders, confirm accuracy of orders, and  invoice of any  resource we have dealt with. While mistakes made in  our  relationship have been few, when any problems have arisen they   have been dealt with professionally and to our   satisfaction.

All in all Stone Depot is a wonderful   resource to deal with, we strongly encourage you to visit and   judge for yourself, we think you will be glad you   did.

From the way you  said hello, to Andy helping me select product in the yard, to your driver  delivering my order, to returning my pallet back to Andy, everything was  smooth and professional.  As a first time customer, all those little  thing make a good customer experience.  My order was not big, but word  of mouth is a value that can be the difference, I am going to tell people  what a professional experience I had at the Stone Depot.

Both Andy  and your driver (I wish I could remember his name) really made my experience  top notch.  They made me feel as though they appreciated my  business, that is important to me, and especially important in this type  of economy.
